RETURN POLICY FOR NON-DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS: Before returning any item, you must first contact our Customer Care department within 20 days from date of shipment of merchandise for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Send your request via email to veteranscorner@cfl.rr.com. 

Refunds are minus shipping charges.

All returns are subject to approval prior to the issuance of an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without a The Veterans Corner Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No RMA number is issued after 20 days from date of shipment. 
Customer Care will provide instructions on returning defective items. The RMA number must appear on the shipping label. Please do not write on the outside of the box. Returns are to be sent post paid.

Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number and a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip. Please allow up to 12 business days after we receive your return for your repair, replacement or refund to be processed
